Nail Aftercare Service

Chipped nails within a week after gel polish can be reported for a free touch-up within seven days. A small fee is applicable outside this period. Patch tests for tinting or eyelash extensions are required 24 hours prior to the first treatment.

Legal basis and purposes of processing of Customers' personal data by ShepShed Nails

  1. ShepShed Nails is committed to respecting the privacy of its Customers.
  2. The Customer is obliged to update his/her personal data, in particular the data in his/her Profile, Account or in the System.
  3. By entering his/her data into the System, the Customer:  agrees that his/her name and photo provided by him/her in the Profile will be available to all users of the Internet;
  4. ShepShed Nails will contact him/her directly at the e-mail address or telephone number provided by him/her during the Registration process.
  5. When creating an Account, the Customer may give appropriate consents regarding the processing of personal data and electronic communication for other purposes than the performance of the contract concluded with ShepShed Nails.
  6. The purpose of the System and the Business Application is to enable ShepShed Nails to provide Services to Customers and to enable Customers to use ShepShed Nails Services, while promoting the services offered by ShepShed Nails and ShepShed Nails Services. Accordingly, ShepShed Nails and ShepShed Nailsprocess the Customers' personal data for their own purposes and are therefore separate controllers of their personal data. When the Customer makes a Booking of a ShepShed Nails Service through the Application:
  7. a contract is concluded between the Customer and the ShepShed Nails for the provision of Services by the ShepShed Nails to the Customer,
  8. in the Application, the Customer may additionally give theShepShed Nails permission to process his/her personal data (for electronic communication, for profiling) for purposes other than the performance of the agreement with the Customer,
  9. ShepShed Nails provides the ShepShed Nails through the Application with the Customer's personal data needed for the ShepShed Nails to provide the Services to that Customer,
  10. the ShepShed Nails becomes the controller of such Customer's personal data and is therefore obliged to comply with the principles set out in GDPR regulations and is liable for this under the legislation.
  11. Due to the fact that the purpose of the System is to Book Services, which involves the necessity to confirm the Booking and the date of Service provision, the Customer, after making the Booking, shall receive e-mail/push correspondence or text messages containing the above mentioned confirmations via the System. These confirmations contain only Booking details and do not contain marketing or commercial content.
  12. When the ShepShed Nails uses the tools available within inShepShed Nails (e.g. calendar, reminders, marketing features) -ShepShed Nails will, to the extent necessary, process the Customer's data on behalf of the ShepShed Nails in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the personal data processing entrustment agreement concluded with the ShepShed Nails - in accordance with art. 28 GDPR - and the ShepShed Nailswill continue to be the controller of the Customer's personal data.
  13. The purposes for which the ShepShed Nails may process the Client's data will depend on whether and which consents the Client has given to the ShepShed Nails to process his/her personal data, whether the Client has not withdrawn these consents or objected to the ShepShed Nails's processing of his/her personal data.
